Fast Start rewards become available after your first two active direct members.
What are Recurring Gas Rewards?
Recurring Gas Rewards are processed after qualifying subscription renewals from qualifying active paid members.
Are rewards guaranteed?
No. Rewards depend on eligibility, active account status, qualifying activity, inventory availability, and admin review.
How are rewards funded?
GasMula rewards are supported through qualifying membership activity and tracked inside each member dashboard. Eligible rewards are reviewed and approved before delivery.

How are gas rewards delivered?
Once approved, eligible gas rewards are delivered directly to the email associated with your GasMula account.
Can I choose my fuel brand?
Available fuel brands may vary based on current inventory. GasMula offers rewards from many of the nation's most recognized fuel brands.
Can I track my rewards?
Yes. Your dashboard lets you track pending rewards, approved rewards, wallet balances, and your complete reward history.
Withdrawals
How do withdrawals work?
Members can submit withdrawal requests directly from their dashboard for review and processing.
How long do withdrawals take?
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Billing & Account
What is an active member?
An active member is a member whose account and subscription are in good standing.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes. Members may upgrade to a higher membership level at any time.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. GasMula uses secure Stripe checkout for membership payments.
Can I cancel?
Members can manage billing and cancellation options through the billing area or by contacting support.
Are refunds available?
